This series seriously shreds fat, defines muscle, and improves endurance and stamina. Each workout in this series will have a HIIT (or Tabata) component combined with a strength component. The workouts in this series will range from 30-45 minutes, but you will need to plan for additional time for warm up and cool down, so plan on a 45-60 minute workout. As you build up strength and endurance, for extra challenge, try the HIIT & Strength MAX workouts! These awesome MAX workouts are killer 1000 calorie sessions combining two specially selected HIIT & Strength workouts and they are super mega body-transformers!
