If you are working at your MAX intensity, you will burn more in 1 round of this than you will in a longer less intense workout. It’s time saving and super effective fat burning and muscle sculpting at it’s finest! The workouts in the Lean Body Series are for EVERYbody - men and women of all ages and fitness levels. No matter who you are, this series will get you shredded and breaking through plateaus! Repeat 1-3 times or combine with another workout from the Lean Body Series.

Optional Equipment: dumbbells, step or chair
Part 1: HIIT 45/15 (skipping or high knees on low interval or rest)
1) Plyo side-lunge switch w/ touchdown
2) Tuck jump to sumo squat
3) Weighted transverse lunge w/ squat jump (L&R)
4) Curtsey lunge w/ kick (L), squat, curtsey lunge w/kick (R)
5) Fwd & Rvs lunge (x2R), squat jack, Fwd & Rvs lunge (x2L)
6) S. leg step-overs
7) Weighted Leg pull-ins (SSD)
8) V-up Russian twist (L), V-up Russian twist (R)
30 SEC REST
Part 2: TABATA 20/10
1) Double roundhouse (low-high)(L), lunge low cross punch
2) Double roundhouse (low-high) (R), lunge low cross punch
3) Front kick, back kick, side kick, roundhouse (L lead)
4) Front, back, side, roundhouse (R lead)
Repeat for 8 rounds total
30 SEC REST
Part 3: TABATA 20/10
1) Repeater tuck jumps (AFAP – very little time on the ground)
2) Weighted squat & press
3) Lateral shuffle squat jump (moving L then R)
4) S. leg plyo deadlift w/ reach (L) (on second round do R)
Repeat for 8 rounds total
