This Tabata lets no muscle escape brutality! It’s a total body workout with a lot of sneaky core work in every move. You can do 1-3 rounds of this workout or if you would like a 1 hour combined cardio and strength workout, I recommend combining with Fat Torcher Tabata: Lean Body Series #17 and Body Sculpt Strength #2. Have fun!
The Lean Body Series workouts are meant to be done at MAX intensity (individualized to you). If you are working at your MAX intensity, you will burn more in 1 round of this than you will in a longer less intense workout. It’s time saving and super effective fat burning and muscle sculpting at it’s finest!
The workouts in the Lean Body Series are for EVERYbody - men and women of all ages and fitness levels. No matter who you are, this series will get you shredded and breaking through plateaus! Repeat 1-3 times or combine with another workout from the Lean Body Series.

Optional Equipment: Set of dumbbells, 2 towels/plastic plates
Tabata 1) Plank drag Spidermans (4 sets) / Single- leg push-ups or Hell-raiser (4 sets)
Tabata 2) Switch lunge Burpee (4 sets) / Squat, decline plank knee-to-elbow Burpee (4 sets)
Tabata 3) Curtsey lunge w/ kick (L&R) (4 sets) / Renegade row triceps kick-back (4 sets)
Tabata 4) Plank jack, Everest Burpees (4 sets) / Stand-up sit-up Burpees (L&R 4 sets)
