Dear J, I just want to mention here how much your videos influence on my life. Usually, I make morning practice 2-3 times per week. And my days have changed dramatically. I feel much more confident, satisfied and cheerful. It looks like all my life depends on this. Thanks for everything you do for us.
I would like to get more stretching and callaneticks videos. There are not so many now.
And there is only one disadvantage at my practice: I do not become slimmer :( Maybe I eat too many carbohydrates.
