4) Decline plank, spidy, toe-touch
5) Shuffle squat w/ fwd raise
6) Plank drag, spiderman slide
7) Plank tricep extension, thread-the-ndl
8) Wide plank hell-raiser Burpee
9) Single-arm dumbbell/kettlebell swing (L)
10) Single-arm dumbbell/kettlebell swing (R)
11) Ball toe-taps
12) Kneeling lean-backs (4), tuck jump (2)
13) Leg pull-ins (SSD)
14) Side-plank dips, knee-to-elbow, fwd toe-touch (L)
