Bodyweight and slider version w/ resistance bands!
Optional equipment: loop resistance bands, sliders (or rags/Tupperware lids)
40/10 intervals
1) Squat w/ single leg rev lunge slide L
2) Squat w/ single leg rev lunge slide R
3) Single leg deadlift L
4) Single leg deadlift R
5) Reverse hamstring curls in hip lift
6) Reverse hamstring curls
7) Skater lunge (tap floor w/ fingers) L
8) Skater lunge R
9) Single leg slider squat L
10) Single leg slider squat R
11) Lateral lunge L
12) Lateral lunge R
13) Tabletop reverse hamstring curl L, switch to R halfway through
14) Tabletop reverse hamstring curl (unilateral to bilateral)
